Where can I buy Powerplus appliances?

Where can I buy Powerplus appliance accessories?
- You can buy or order accessories at first-rate "do-it-yourself" stores. It is not possible to buy or order directly from us. Click here to search for a sales point in your neighbourhood.
Where can I have my appliance repaired?
- Powerplus has its own repair service. If your appliance is damaged, you can return it to your sales point. We will make sure that the restored appliance can be picked up at your sales point in a week. Click here to search for a sales point in your neighbourhood.
A part of my appliance is damaged. Can you provide me with a spare piece?
- The main spare pieces are held in stock. The spare piece should be ordered at your sales point. After colloquy with our after-sale service, they will be able to inform you whether the spare piece which is asked for is available. It is possible to buy or order directly from us. Is it possible to subscribe to a maintenance program for my appliance?
- We do not offer maintenance subscriptions.
My appliance is damaged and is still under warranty. What should I do to have my appliance repaired under warranty?
- X-serie (yellow) Powerplus appliances have a standard 36-month warranty which starts from the date of purchase from the first buyer. This warranty covers all material defects or production errors, damage due to wear and tear and incorrect use of the appliance excluded. If your appliance is damaged during this period, you can return it to your dealer, together with the proof of purchase. Your sales point will send the appliance to our repair service and we will take care of it as soon as possible. Evidently there will be no extra charges. My appliance is damaged and is still under warranty but I lost the proof of purchase. Is it possible to have my appliance repaired under warranty?
- As the original proof of purchase has a decisive role in determining the warranty period, it is not possible to repair the appliances under warranty without the proof of purchase. In this case, you should contact your sales point where they might be able to retrieve and confirm the date of purchase. Click here for more information on the warranty.
My appliance is damaged and is no longer under warranty. What should I do to have my appliance repaired not under warranty?
- Powerplus has its own repair service. If you would like to have an appliance repaired, you can return it to your sales point. If desired, a cost specification is made up for the repair. We will make sure that you can pick up the repaired appliance at your sales point in a week. Click here for more information on the warranty.
I have bought an appliance but I am not satisfied with it. Is it possible to return or trade the appliance?
- If an appliance does not work properly, the warranty conditions are applied but an appliance that does not meet the expectations cannot be traded. Clich here for more information on the warranty.
Do you sell to private persons as well?
- We do not sell to private persons.
Can you put the article's prices on your website?

I noticed that some of the product's parts were not delivered. What should I do to obtain these parts?
- If the delivery is not complete you can contact your dealer. In colloquy with our after-sale service, he can decide to complete the appliance or to replace it immediately.
